Shellhound exists for the moment an engineer needs to inspect something quickly without first navigating a product funnel, account wall, or opaque hosted service.
Local by default
Transformers, generators, and decoders run in the browser whenever the platform permits it. The interface makes that boundary visible before you run a tool.
Readable mechanics
Tools should not produce a mysterious answer. Each workbench carries short context so an output can be checked, questioned, and used responsibly.
Open enough to inspect
The project is source available for people who want to understand the implementation, suggest improvements, or audit a workflow.
